So I worked a funeral tonight. Not one of my favorite parts of my job. And while they are sad, they also are a source of joy. Even though Cyndi’s life on this Earth has ended, her life in itself isn’t over. Her memory lives on in the minds of those who knew her, but more importantly her life in Heaven has just begun!
I was thinking about this passage earlier today
Now, let me ask you something profound yet troubling. If you became believers because you trusted the proclamation that Christ is alive, risen from the dead, how can you let people say that there is no such thing as a resurrection? If there’s no resurrection, there’s no living Christ. And face it—if there’s no resurrection for Christ, everything we’ve told you is smoke and mirrors, and everything you’ve staked your life on is smoke and mirrors. Not only that, but we would be guilty of telling a string of barefaced lies about God, all these affidavits we passed on to you verifying that God raised up Christ—sheer fabrications, if there’s no resurrection.
If corpses can’t be raised, then Christ wasn’t, because he was indeed dead. And if Christ weren’t raised, then all you’re doing is wandering about in the dark, as lost as ever. It’s even worse for those who died hoping in Christ and resurrection, because they’re already in their graves. If all we get out of Christ is a little inspiration for a few short years, we’re a pretty sorry lot.

Now that seems like a pretty depressing passage. And If what it is saying is true then we all are hopeless. We have nothing to live for with this.

But the truth is that Christ has been raised up, the first in a long legacy of those who are going to leave the cemeteries.

What an awesome BUT!! We really do have a hope to live for. We have a purpose for our lives. We have an eternal salvation. And what is the cost? To love God with all of our heart, and soul, and mind.

I’ll surely endorse that movie to my buddies .I was reading a literary work by Pearl S. Buck concerning China and life in general for the Chinese individuals in the past . It was a very fascinating novel about how the Chinese people lived their lives and about their wonderful beliefs and traditions .

It wasn’t really that expensive and it was a good option to make because we really had travel that time. Thanks to my wife!My boss owned a Toyota Hilux but it broke down when we traveled last month. We needed to make another travel and so one of my colleagues recommended that we would just rent a car. It was an option since we really need to make the trip. I haven’t had a cig in over a year. The most difficult aspect related to kicking the habit in considered the initial few weeks. The good news is this part didn’t last and things got easier day by day thanks to the electric cigarettes. You should not stop. Just simply keep pushing and you can realize success once and for all.

I have not had a smoke in for many years. The ugliest aspect about quitting is definitely the very first couple of weeks. Fortunetly for me this stuff didn’t last and stuff improved as time went on thanks to the electronic cigarette. Never think quitting is impossible. Simply just persevere and you will most likely realize success forever.

I started out smoking cigarettes when I was 14 years old. That turned out to be the most unfortunate mistake I’ve made. Now I am 45 years old and I have lung disease. While attempting to give up smoking cigarettes, I came upon the ecig and i intend to see if it helps. With a little luck, it will help me with this particular nasty habit.

I was studying a book in our library and I was so amazed at the things that the author highlighted in the book. He fundamentally talked about life in general and how people disregard a lot of important things and spending most of their time worrying on irrelevant things. My boyfriend and I watched a movie the previous evening and I was so moved with the film . It was all about a family under pressure because one of them was suffering from Leukemia . The movie made me realize a lot about life in general and the relevance of family. I still can’t forget the article I read last week in the newspaper about a young man who had a really difficult time in living his life but because of hard work he was able to succeed in life and now owns a business chain. Life in general can be like a wheel, sometimes you’re below but it doesn’t denote that you can never go up. I was watching a television series for the first time and my interest grew on it because it was a hilarious series about life in general. The cast are not very familiar celebrities but the plot is really satisfactory that’s why I’m planning to follow such series. We were talking in class a painting during the Renaissance era. It was a beautiful painting about life in general throughout those times. There were people in the painting performing their daily routines and the painting was like a window of the earlier period. I was strolling at the mall when I saw a thief running towards the door carrying a bag from a young lady. I was relieved that it wasn’t me whose bag was snatched but I felt sorry for the victim. Life in general can be unpredictably harsh for some of us. I was observing my children playing by the lawn and they were so active playing with their toys. I always enjoy watching them as they are but every time I start thinking that they’ll be going to school before long worries me. Life in general can be very happy when you’re still young but things become different as you grow up. My friends and I are planning to watch a movie at the movie house next week and we decided to watch a new film about an old man visiting his offspring after his wife’s murder and life in general. The movie has good movie reviews and it’s the only film within the season which we thought is worth watching. I was looking at my pay slip the other week and I was astonished at the huge amount I’ve been paying every year for my life insurance. Although it’s a pain to keep on paying for such an amount, it’s better to be prepared because you’ll by no means know what will occur in the future because life in general always takes us unprepared. I’ve been really depressed recently and I had been having some thoughts about my life in general. Because of it I was able to contemplate on a lot of stuff and realized that it’s time to make a change in my life. My husband will be leaving next month for Australia due to work related reasons . I was apprehensive that living away from each other will produce problems in our relationship in the future. However he guaranteed me that everything will be alright and there’s nothing to worry about. Life in general can be a little harsh for us newlyweds to fall in a situation like this. I was reading Paulo Coelho’s book entitled Eleven Minutes and I felt compassion for the main character in the plot since life in general for her was harsh . The writer was really imaginative without losing grasp of the ruthless realities of these days which made the work of fiction worth reading. I was at a recital last night with a buddy and I was really glad I was there. It was an orchestra concert about musical pieces unfolding life in general. I had so much fun that night that I even recorded some of the pieces that they performed on my video camera. I was browsing a lifestyle journal about how to raise your kids right and life in general. I had so much joy reading the magazine that I’m thinking to buy an issue of it every month. Jimmy and I were discussing about our career , how long we’ve worked for the company and life in general. Sometimes when you’re emotionally down and discontented with your life, its unavoidable to think about such situations even in the office. My wife and I are planning of spending a week jointly and leave the country for some quality time. We’ve been working really hard recently and we thought it would be good for us to have a break once in a while. Thinking about one another and our life in general made us choose to rest even for a short time. I always enjoy going to the mountains and stay there in a cottage for a couple of days to have some time for myself to run away from everything. It always calms me and it’s the only situations when I get the chance to think about life in general and its importance. We just had our family reunion last month and I remembered something that our grandparents shared to us during dinner about life in general. I find that instant very valuable because we were able to spend time together and realize the importance of each other.
